After calling for several days to schedule a quarterly service, Ethan came to the house. I wasn’t expecting him but glad he showed up after I was told Carroll was short staffed and there were significant delays to get a technician out. Ethan was the ONLY person in our year service with Carroll that thoroughly sprayed and inspected all areas. I didn’t know what was missing out on the prior visits, until he came! He even sprayed the window seals and inspected cabinets and areas were plumbing might leave exposed holes. He used a duster to collect spider webs outside near the downspouts and gave us lots of information for us to do in between visits. As he was spraying he pointed out areas where we need to use sealant too. He was the best and next time I will ask for him by name only! ~ Cynthia P

Hands down the finest and most professional extermination entity in existence. Richards (owner) team maintains seamless professionalism and always goes way out of the way to be certain your needs are met. We hired them for a squirrel intrusion into our attic and with small children we had significant concerns re rodents. At the same time my children didn’t want them to “kill” or “hurt” them once they captured the family so the wildlife tech not only went out of the way to come right away when they were in the traps but assured the children he would release the family in a remote wooded location. Once relocated they corrected the roofline gap with flashing to deter future problems. Rock solid Christian company and unparalleled customer service. ~ Larry O

Oftentimes people may not acknowledge the office staff but I had the best experience with Lauren this afternoon. I called to express concern that no one has scheduled my quarterly inspection. Lauren immediately apologized for the mishap. She explained that a member of their team suffered an accident and it caused a hiccup in scheduling. She apologized again but didn't make excuses for the lack of follow-up. Lauren said she would escalate my concerns. Within an hour I received a call from a technician to schedule my quarterly visit. I was satisfied at this point but the kicker is, Lauren called me back to ensure that someone had reached out. Customer service is not dead and that is thanks to people like Lauren. ~ Ms. E

We had a yellow jacket nest inside the exterior wall of our house and I have heard horror stories about having to drill holes and tearing off siding to get rid of their nest. I contacted Doug on Sunday and he was at my house Monday morning at 8:00 am. Instead of tearing my house apart, which could have been very expensive, he used his knowledge and expertise to take a very low impact approach to the problem and used a spray to kill the nest. Doug under promised and over delivered and absolutely exceeded all my exceptions. Since I have very little knowledge in this field of work he could have very easily taken advantage of the situation, but instead Doug took care of me, the customer. I will be giving Doug and Carroll Exterminating a call any time I have an issue of this nature in the future. Great people and great company. ~ Jason N

We had such a wonderful experience with Carroll. We had squirrels, and rats in our house. John came out and did a thorough examination, which included crawling through the attic and crawl space. He found right away where they had been getting in, where they had been nesting, and some of the paths they were using. He recommended several courses of action that I could do myself, and was very knowledgeable in the behavior and patterns of the rodents. When an animal was caught in one of the traps a few days later, he came out at no additional charge and safely removed him. We wholeheartedly recommend Carroll Exterminating to anyone with wildlife or rodent issues. ~ Don A

I use Carroll Exterminating for my personal residence as well as all my rentals. I needed a new service recently so I called and got an appointment set up right away and Doug came out and inspected the house and got me set up for Centricon. Doug is so knowledgeable on insects, animals or any pest out there. I will use this business as long as I need them as they are very personable but mostly for their expertise. We built our house approximately 25 years ago and we hired Carroll Exterminating company as our pest control company at that time, and we have been using them ever since. They are professional, responsive and available for any issues that arise outside their scheduled time. When I call with a concern, they handle it as if I am the most important customer they have and they do what they can to take care of my concerns expediently. We had an amazing experience using Caroll Exterminating, specifically with John from the wildlife department. I can’t recommend him enough. He was the nicest guy, and he truly cared for the raccoons that we was able to remove from our attic. It broke my heart having to remove raccoon babies from their nest in our attic, but he put us at ease with how much he cared for them. He was very responsive and would come out whenever needed. I can't say enough good about this company. I had contracted with a previous extermination that I didn't trust. So I asked the people at Carroll to do an inspection. They didn't charge me anything for the inspection and didn't find any problems. The also gave me some good info on the structure of my house and where the previous company had put the poison. I wish all companies were this thorough and honest. I have three other properties in Georgia and will use them if any problems arise in the future. ~ Ed W

Carrol Exterminators is my go to for all pest problems. When we moved in we bonded with them for termites and also started a pest control service with them. Since signing up, I have not had to call for a single off schedule treatment! When they do come for our regularly scheduled treatments they are always on-time, professional, and take the time to explain any findings they might find that is out of the ordinary. Can’t say enough . . . John was our technician, and he was great! He was informative and got the job done. Squirrels were our issue, and I was at wits ends. Carroll Exterminating Company came at the exact time they mentioned they would be here. The gentlemen that came was extremely professional and listened to my questions I had regarding termites in the area. He also explained how the bait system worked and showed me what he was looking for as he was doing the yearly inspection. I also asked if he was ok moving some bait stations which he did gladly. Mr. Chris came out and treated my house ( kitchen area) He was a real Professional, in 3 hours All my ants were Gone !! Chris and I had a wonderful conversation, Cleaned up behind himself and gave me advice on what I could do to stop the ants in the future . I really enjoyed Chris and our conversation. We have been having issues with water bugs, spiders and an occasional scorpion. I called Carroll Exterminators, Doug was amazing! He talked to me about their process & pricing. He said I would hear from my “local” guy, Chris. In 24hrs I heard from Chris and he was out to the house, spraying and taking care of us. No bugs! They always call to make sure we know they're coming, so we can put our dogs up. This past visit, I couldn't be home to let them in to spray the house interior. After 2 weeks we notice some bug action on the inside. We called and they came right back out to do the whole of the interior. No complaints, no extra charges. I had a problem with squirrels in my attic. They came the next day after I had called. He did an excellent job checking in the attic and setting a trap to catch the squirrels. He has came back at least 3 to 4 times to check the traps and responds immediately when he is called, advising that there is a squirrel in the trap. We were new to the area and had to find a bug company. Well, Carroll has been great! They come regularly without me needing to remember to schedule. My technician is very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and always on time. He examines the baits replaces any that needs replacing. He even removers the little snakes that often turn up in his path. I have used them for nine years. I'm billed once a year and I pay in increments. My home has been termite free ~ Betty D

I have used this company for many years (since the 1990’s) we hired them for monthly spraying of an apartment building and later for our personal residence. They are efficient and successful at ridding the property of various pests. Great exterminator to hire. I canceled the service because we moved out of the service area. ~ Debbie B

A great local company. Chris treats our house for pest control every three months and will come back in between if any pest control problems arise; which has not happened. He is flexible in scheduling our appointments so I can be present. We have not had any pest control issues since we contracted them for their services. ~ Mark
